		<description>They serve something very like this at a Restaurant here in Albuquerque with their Calamari..soooo much better than plain old marinara.  I am growing two kinds of cherry tomatoes, and will use this to preserve them and make Christmas presents!  If someone doesn&#039;t like the thickness, they could always throw in a little cornstarch slurry to thicken it up more.</description>
